I never thought losing weight could be so easy. I have been dealing with a weight issue most of my adult life. Our weight loss programs are based on the simple fact that if you are carrying excess weight and have been struggling with losing it, riding the roller coaster diet, trying many approaches with some or no success, your relationship with food is to blame.

‣ Group Sessions

Our Weight Loss group sessions are great for those who work well in group settings and who are experiencing hypnosis for the first time.These sessions tend to be inexpensive and something you can repeat over and over at your convenience, however you must be available at the times the group meets, and the suggestions given are meant to serve the entire group.

We recommend these group sessions either as your first introduction to hypnosis, or as reinforcement after the deeper work has been done. Many people have benefited from this program with much success.

‣ Advanced Group

The Advanced Weight Loss Group was created for those who would like to go deeper in a group setting, and learn the array of techniques and tools available for weight loss. This isn’t possible in a regular group setting because it’s a different crowd every time and some are new.However in the Advanced Group, you move through the process and learn as a group. You will experience deep and powerful changes as each person works to transform their issues, challenges, and/or blockages. This allows a closer connection and support with those people in your group, as you see and notice the real results that are happening from week to week.

We recommend the advanced group sessions for those who are sincere and committed to creating a new relationship with themselves, others, and food.

‣ Weight Loss Individual Program

Our individual sessions are the most popular weight loss program. In contrast to a group-centered approach, in these sessions the weight loss program is designed for you and we individually address your triggers, blocks and emotions that have been causing you to gain weight and stopping you for losing weight and keeping it off.

Our weight loss program is a 5-session program. Sessions are run by the session and not by the hour, so take into consideration between 2-3 hours when coming in! In each session we are working with you personally to overcome challenges and blocks that may be stopping you from reducing the weight completely and reaching your goals.

We recommend this program to those who prefer individual attention, and who would like to deepen their relationship with themselves and with food – this program takes you to a whole new level!

‣ Hypno-Band® Program

Hypno-Band® is a combination of using hypnosis and behavioral changes to help you to understand and change your eating habits. Using hypnosis, a virtual gastric band is fitted to your stomach, causing you to eat less and less often.
