The structure of anxiety
Whichever the situation, feelings of anxiety always have one thing in common: they are fears of something happening in the future. Some of these fears may be completely unconscious, and they “run” so fast in your mind that you aren’t even aware of them.
The great news is that a person who has anxiety also must have a great imagination! In order to have that nervousness about something that may or may not happen in the future, you have to imagine it.
Because your imagination is activated, this makes you a perfect candidate for hypnosis.
